Hey there, I’m Christina.
​
I’m an oncology-trained clinical social worker & Reiki Master Teacher. I completed my Reiki Mastership (Usui Method) in 2014 with Reiki Master Teacher James Stanton. I have been an avid explorer of meditation and spiritual practices for over 20 years, focussed on bringing more peace & calm within. ​ For over 15 years, I’ve supported individuals and families through some of life's most stressful and challenging circumstances including:

How Reiki Works
The practice of Reiki healing involves the simple laying of hands, to promote a natural flow of energy through the body & mind.
Reiki brings about feelings of inner peace, flow & balance through the nervous system.
A full Reiki treatment works to balance three key energetic systems - the body, mind & spirit. The increased energy flow stimulates the immune system, lowers stress and allows universal life force energy (chi) to be directed into areas in the body that specifically need support and healing.
Many people often report feelings of love and compassion for self, reduction in stress, improved concentration and clarity and improved energy and wellbeing.

Learn Reiki & Enhance Your Wellbeing

Learn Reiki I
Reiki I students receive a first degree Reiki attunement, a process that connects individuals to the universal life force (chi) energy around them to enhance wellbeing in their physical energetic system (body).
Students learn how to place their hands on key energy centres and draw the universal life force energy (reiki) into the body to enhance self-care or for the wellbeing of others.
Students learn about the history of Reiki and how to apply and use reiki for oneself and/or others in everyday life.

Reiki II
Reiki II students receive a second degree Reiki attunement to connect with the universal life force energy (chi) to enhance wellbeing in the mind and emotional energetic systems.
Students begin to learn to use Reiki symbols (energy enhancers) to amplify self-healing in the body and mind.
Students also learn how to perform distant Reiki healing sessions (sending Reiki across time & space), that allows for the clearing of mental and emotional energies from past, present and allowing Reiki to be activated into future timelines.

One on One Coaching
A one-one reiki consultation / coaching session will give you direct support to amplify your reiki practice and enhance your wellbeing, especially if you are experiencing high stress, cancer or grief. You must be Reiki attuned to access this level of support.
